The address above is the company’s registered address: there is no counter and no drop-off. I repair at home, in the Paris region, and the shipping address, a residential one, is emailed to you when the repair starts. There’s no phone line: if you’d rather talk it through before shipping, tick “I’d prefer a callback” and I’ll ring you.
