[TO BE REVIEWED BY A LAWYER] — Provisional template to be validated against the CNIL guidelines on cookies and trackers.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. It can, for example, ensure the site works properly or measure its audience.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the site to function (remembering your consent choice, security, submitting the contact form). They do not require your consent.

Cookie Purpose Duration

3. Audience measurement (cookieless)

Site traffic is measured by an in-house, anonymous tool that places no cookie and stores nothing on your device. Only aggregate data is kept (page views, pages visited, referring site). No IP address is retained; an anonymous technical fingerprint, rotated daily, is used solely to estimate visitor counts and cannot follow you from one day — or one site — to the next. This measurement is exempt from consent; you can nevertheless turn it off at any time via the "cookies" button at the bottom of the site ("Customize"). [TO BE REVIEWED BY A LAWYER]

4. Your consent

On your first visit, a banner informs you and lets you customise your choices, including turning off audience measurement. No non-essential cookie is placed. Refusing is as easy as accepting.

5. How to withdraw or change your choice

You can change your consent at any time via the "cookies" button at the bottom-left of the site, or by configuring your browser to block or delete cookies. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
