You don't need to live in Paris for a real repair. Here's exactly how shipping to us works:

    Fill out the contact form with the model and what happened. We'll reply with next steps and the shipping address.

    If the Mac still boots, back it up. The repair preserves your data, but backing up is still the rule.

    Anti-static bag or bubble wrap, a sturdy box, padding all around. No need to include the charger.

    Tracked and insured shipping recommended, to the address provided. Outbound shipping is on you. Keep your tracking number.

Packaging tips

A well-packed parcel arrives intact.

  • Power the device fully off (especially after liquid damage — don’t try to turn it back on).
  • Wrap the Mac in an anti-static bag or, failing that, thick bubble wrap.
  • Use a rigid box larger than the device, with 3–5 cm of padding on every side.
  • Immobilise the device: it must not move when you shake the box.
  • Tape every seam of the box securely.
What to put in the box

What to include — and what to leave out.

  • A note with your name, email and the request’s tracking reference.
  • A short description of the symptom (e.g. “no power since a coffee spill”).
  • The MacBook only (unless asked otherwise).
  • No charger, cable or sleeve — not needed and easily lost.
  • No external drives or USB sticks.
  • Remove any removable stickers you want to keep.
